What we find

Not everything. The right things.

Auntie Irma’s is deliberately broad and carefully selective. The categories change. The standard does not: recognizable quality, real utility, a good story—or preferably all three.

01 / USEFUL

Housewares & kitchen

Well-made tools, serving pieces and everyday objects that still have plenty of work left in them.

02 / FINDABLE

Discontinued & hard to replace

The exact thing you loved, lost, broke or discovered five years after everyone stopped making it.

03 / INTERESTING

Collectibles & vintage

Objects with personality, history or enough visual pull to make us stop and take a closer look.

04 / WEARABLE

Bags, wallets & accessories

Good materials, useful design and recognizable makers—described plainly and photographed honestly.

05 / DELIGHTFUL

Toys & small surprises

Nostalgia without the sugar rush: clever, collectible and occasionally gloriously weird.

06 / WILDCARD

The hard-to-categorize good stuff

If it is useful, unusual or simply too good to leave behind, it belongs in the conversation.

Field Notes

What caught our eye—and why.

Why buy from us

Experienced eyes. Straight answers.

Resale works when the seller notices the details and tells the truth about them. That is the job.

Condition, plainly statedNo poetry where a scratch, chip or missing part will do.
Packed like we mean itBecause the transaction is not finished until the item arrives safely.
Chosen, not dumpedWe buy with judgment. If we would not recommend it, we do not need to list it.

Our story

Irma’s eye. Two sets of hands. A lot of shelves.

Auntie Irma’s is a wife-and-husband resale business led by Irma’s eye for useful, interesting and overlooked things. Together, we bring product experience, curiosity and the belief that good things do not stop being good just because they are no longer on a retail shelf.

“We are not trying to sell you everything. We are trying to find the things worth selling.”

Good questions

Before you ask.

Is everything vintage?

No. We sell vintage, current, discontinued and simply useful products. The common thread is not age; it is that the item is worth buying.

Do you test items?

When an item can reasonably be tested, the listing will say what was tested and what was not. The individual marketplace listing is the final word on condition.

Where do you ship?

Shipping availability and cost are shown on each marketplace listing and may vary by item. Right now, all live inventory is on eBay.

Can I ask a question before buying?

Absolutely. Use the contact option on the marketplace listing so the item and your question stay connected.

Do you buy collections or estates?

Sometimes. Contact us with clear photos, location and a short description. We will tell you quickly if it is a fit.
